A New Era for
Critical Minerals.
Establishing Masindi as a global hub for high-grade Magnetite Iron Ore and strategic polymetallic assets.
The Geological Advantage
The global steel industry is shifting. Understanding the four types of Iron Ore reveals why Magnetite—and Masindi—is strategically positioned for the future.
Magnetite
The highest grade iron ore. Naturally magnetic, allowing for low-cost separation. Essential for green steel production.
Hematite
The most common ore. High quality, but lacks the natural magnetic properties that simplify beneficiation.
Limonite
A secondary ore often found in bogs. High water content requires drying and briquetting before use.
Siderite
Iron carbonate. Requires calcination to remove carbon dioxide, making it more expensive to process.
The Masindi Extraction Path
Because our deposit is Magnetite, we utilize a highly efficient beneficiation process that reduces cost and complexity.
Extraction
Open-pit surface mining of magnetite-rich laterite. Low stripping ratio due to surface exposure.
Magnetic Separation
Crushed ore is passed over magnetic drums. The iron separates naturally from waste rock (Gangue) without heavy chemicals.
High-Grade Concentrate
The result is a premium 68-72% Fe concentrate, ready for direct export or pelletizing.
The Masindi Assets
Four fully gazetted exploration licenses covering over 840 km², containing confirmed reserves and polymetallic potential.
